Shipping Policy
At Bubblerz Kids, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Because we ship directly from our manufacturer to keep prices fair for families, our shipping timelines reflect that process. Here's what to expect.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum required. No hidden fees, no surprise charges at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. Once your order is prepared and handed off to the carrier, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Times
United States
- 7–15 business days after processing
European Union & International
- 10–25 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak holiday seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after it's first issued — sometimes the carrier hasn't scanned the package into their system yet, even though it's already moving.
If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, email us at support@bubblerzkids.com and we'll look into it for you.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order if you have questions about potential fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you didn't receive it, please:
- Check around your delivery location — porches, side doors, mailboxes, with neighbors, or your building's front desk
- Contact your local carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or local equivalent) to file a missing package claim
- Email us at support@bubblerzkids.com — we'll help guide you through the claim process
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Bubblerz Kids is not responsible for stolen or missing items. We're happy to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier, but we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement right away.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before the order is processed. After 24 hours, the order has been submitted to our fulfillment team and the address cannot be changed.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the United States and most European Union countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us at support@bubblerzkids.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.
